When you request a quote you may give us your name, phone number, email, the project address or city, the services you are interested in, a description of the project and optional photos. If you choose to receive text messages, we record that choice and the consent wording shown to you. Please send only information and photos that relate to your project.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, understand the project, schedule a visit, prepare a quote and communicate about work you ask for. We also keep records needed to run the business, prevent misuse and resolve questions. Requesting a quote never requires agreeing to receive text messages.
Text messages and mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in data or consent. Service providers that help us deliver messages you asked for may process the information needed to do so, on our behalf only. Text message consent is optional and separate from a quote request. Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, form processing, customer records, file storage and communications. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Location and analytics
The site may use your approximate location, based on your internet connection and provided by our hosting network, to show the name of your city on the home page. It is not stored with your request. If analytics or advertising measurement tools are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep project information for as long as we need it for the project, our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete information you sent us by replying to any message from us.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
